Diaphragm pumps also affectionately known in the industry as a “MUD or SLUDGE” Pump, are ideal for slow seepage applications where a centrifugal pump would ordinarily lose its prime. The positive displacement design and performance is perfect for muddy water, sludge or any water with a high percentage of solids.
• Handles solids up to 1½ ” solids.

• Will pump down to approximately 3-4” deep
• This is one of the few pumps that can be run dry
