-Reservations are recommended on all items to ensure availability.
-We accept cash, checks, and all forms of major credit cards for most rentals. Certain pieces of equipment require a credit card, and are subject to more stringent payment standards.
-A valid drivers license or state DMV issued ID card is required for all rentals.
-For individuals with addresses from outside out-of-our-trading-area displayed on their identification, payment by credit card is mandatory.
-3rd party checks, or credit cards are strictly prohibited.
-All identification and forms of payment must be in the name of the person physically present renting the items.
-The day rate on all equipment items is a 24 hour day, unless otherwise noted (8hr day). 24 hour day rentals picked up after 12:00 noon on Saturday are due back by closing (12:00 noon) Sunday for the one day rate.
-Rental is charged for time out, not time used. Four hour rental rates apply to rentals during regular store hours only, and do not cover overnight rentals. Some items are 8 hour maximum rentals and must be returned by close of business that day.
-Pricing on the item page of this site is listed at $ per day / $ per 4 hour rental. If item is listed as “- per 4 hours” the day rate is the lowest rate offered.
–NO after-hours returns are allowed. Please make arrangements to make returns during store hours ONLY. You are responsible for any items rented to you until we acknowledge return by providing you with a return copy of our contract.
-All Rentals from this location must be returned to this location.
-Some pieces of equipment are subject to a cash cleaning deposit. This deposit will be refunded if the equipment is returned clean and undamaged as rented.
-Age restrictions of 18, 21, and 25 apply on certain rental items for insurance and safety reasons.
