To keep your food service chafers, hot boxes, coffee samovars going, we sell Sterno fuel cans.  The burn time on these fuel canisters is about 2 hours. You’ll need these to keep food in our Chaffers hot and at safe serving temperature.

All of our chaffers come with one full size 2″ deep food pan.  These pans are in addition to that if needed, and come in either full, half or third pan sizes, and are priced by the pan. (Order 2- 1/2 pans to fill 1 chaffer) Full Pan Half Pan Third Pan
