Like our 2 person augers, these one person units are strong enough to tackle Fence posts, holes for piers for the new deck, mailboxes, or any other job you can think of throwing at them.
Our towable hydraulic earthdrills require a 2″ ball to tow and run on regular gasoline. We have auger bits that are 6, 8, 10 and 12″ wide which can dig to 36″ and extensions to bring you below frost line if necessary. The use of hydraulics allow the user to have variable auger speed and reverse which is very useful if the auger gets stuck.
Remember, we are in Connecticut and these drill earth, not rocks, so we can’t guarantee your success. We can say most are more than pleased with the ease of use and performance of these units.
